One brings more fragrance, the other more acidity. It is double-distilled in copper stills. No sugar, no artificial flavors, no extracts. What ends up in the glass comes from the fruit.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAt 43 percent, there is enough structure to ensure the fruit doesn't blur. An apricot brandy that smells like apricots is not a given.
