Gölles and the culture of fine drink
THE RIGHT SCHNAPPS GLAS
Use the right glass to enjoy Gölles spirits, and fill it no more than a quarter to a third full. The rest should be reserved for the aroma, which requires a relatively large volume to develop and unfold properly. The long stem prevents the contents of the glass from being warmed by the hand.
SMELLING AND TASTING
The nose is almost as important as the tongue and palate in enjoying fine food and drink. When the tongue encounters spirits, the flavour unfolds on the palate and then lingers in a finish that leaves a lasting impression.
CLINKING GLASSES AND TOASTING
Clink glasses before you take the first sip! The ringing sound that accompanies a rousing toast makes every celebration complete. Here’s to your health!
To everyone's delight!
