That begins with the careful monitoring of the fruit in the orchards and during crushing, continues during processing, and ends only when one of our fine products has reached your hands.

Many different employees accompany the fruit through a wide variety of cycles, and almost all of them are closely involved in harvesting and processing the fruit. Regular tasting is also an important part of the production process. Thus each member of the team is well acquainted with the products found on our shelves and can share his or her personal experiences and tips with you, the customer.
