29 kilograms of blackberries for one liter of spirit, harvested in July. Anyone who has ever picked blackberries knows how long it takes.

It is double-distilled in a copper pot still, with no sugar and no artificial flavorings. 43 percent alcohol by volume, no cask aging.

This is the earthiest of our berry spirits: austere, concentrated, with forest notes and a long finish. A spirit for dark accompaniments.

29 Kilogramm für einen Liter Brand. Geerntet wird im Juli, wenn die Beeren dunkel und weich sind.

Zu allem Dunklen: Wild, Schokolade, kräftigem Käse. Er ist erdig im Ton und verträgt starke Begleiter.
