The Weichsel is the sour cherry, and its acidity is the reason why this liqueur is not just sweet.

Prepared with our own cherry brandy, the juice of fully ripe sour cherries and a little sugar, with pieces of fruit in the bottle. 17 percent.

Dark, tart and fruity, with a sharp edge. Enjoy neat over ice, as an aperitif with sparkling wine, or over chocolate dessert.

Die österreichische Bezeichnung für die Sauerkirsche. Sie ist herber als die Süßkirsche und bringt genau die Säure mit, die ein Likör braucht, damit er nicht nur süß ist.

Wir setzen ihn an: mit unserem eigenen Edelbrand, dem Saft vollreifer Früchte, wenig Zucker und vielen Fruchtstücken. Keine Aromastoffe, keine Essenz. Deshalb liegt er bei 17 Prozent und nicht bei 43.

Kühl und dunkel gelagert mehrere Monate. Weil Fruchtsaft und Fruchtstücke drin sind, gehört ein geöffneter Likör in den Kühlschrank, anders als ein Edelbrand.
