30 kilograms of raspberries for one liter of brandy. That is the reason why berry brandies cost what they cost, and why there is never much of them.

Harvested in July. Double-distilled in copper stills, without sugar or flavorings. 43 percent, no barrel aging.

The raspberry is the grande dame among our brandies: intense aroma, racy acidity, great finesse. Nothing about it is clumsy.

30 Kilogramm Himbeeren für einen Liter Brand. Beeren bringen viel Duft und wenig Zucker mit, deshalb braucht es so viel Frucht.

Weil pro Liter ein Vielfaches an Frucht nötig ist. Bei Äpfeln und Birnen reichen wenige Kilogramm, bei Himbeeren und Brombeeren sind es rund dreißig.
