Soda | Balsam Zitron
Über diesen Essig
Lemon with a twist. The citrus scent comes first, then the vinegar takes over.
The juice comes from the orchards of Murcia in southeastern Spain, where the lemons ripen on the tree. It reaches us in its natural state and meets our own mild balsamic wine vinegar. Two ingredients, nothing else. The result is refreshing and intensely fruity, without the acidity ever being sharp, because the balsamic wine vinegar catches it from below before it can become biting. In the kitchen, Balsam Zitron replaces fresh lemon wherever it would disappear too quickly. With ice and soda in a glass and a dash of Balsam Zitron on top, it becomes a drink. The lemon didn't see that coming.
