Über diesen Essig
Light in color, sweet and sour in taste. The vinegar that runs out fastest in our house. We ferment white wine into vinegar and refine it with concentrated grape juice, then it ages for a year in stainless steel tanks. No wood, because oak would give it color and tannin, and thus take away exactly what it stands for in the kitchen: brightness and clear fruit. So versatile that the question of what it pairs with becomes almost superfluous. Variety out of boredom.
