The blackcurrant, known as Johannisbeere in Germany, is the most tart of the berries we process. That is precisely what makes it an excellent fruit for liqueur.

Prepared with our own fine brandy, the juice of fully ripe berries, and a little sugar, with pieces of fruit in the bottle. 17 percent.

Dark, tart and fruity, deep. Neat over ice, with sparkling wine, or with soda as a long drink.

Die österreichische Bezeichnung für die Johannisbeere. Wir verwenden die schwarze, die deutlich herber und dunkler ist als die rote.

Wir setzen ihn an: mit unserem eigenen Edelbrand, dem Saft vollreifer Früchte, wenig Zucker und vielen Fruchtstücken. Keine Aromastoffe, keine Essenz. Deshalb liegt er bei 17 Prozent und nicht bei 43.

Kühl und dunkel gelagert mehrere Monate. Weil Fruchtsaft und Fruchtstücke drin sind, gehört ein geöffneter Likör in den Kühlschrank, anders als ein Edelbrand.
