The same base as our Aged Apple, at least eight years in oak barrels. Only here, no water is added after aging. What comes out of the barrel goes into the bottle.

The result is dense and full-bodied, with vanilla, toast, and apple fruit, but significantly more intensity than the Aged Apple. 350 milliliters, because there is little left of this bottling.

Not for a quick drink. Those who usually drink whisky will find a common ground here.

Dass nach der Fasslagerung kein Wasser zugesetzt wird. Der Alkoholgehalt ergibt sich aus dem, was im Fass passiert ist, und schwankt daher von Abfüllung zu Abfüllung.

Dieselbe Herkunft, dieselbe Lagerung, andere Abfüllung. Der Alte Apfel kommt mit 40 Prozent in die Flasche, die Fassstärke mit über 60. Das macht sie dichter und deutlich fordernder.
