From fruit, balsam. From time, flavor. Since 1979, our manufactory at the foot of Riegersburg Castle has been crafting what comes from fruit, barrels, and patience: fine vinegars and exquisite spirits.

In 1984, we achieved a milestone with the world's first apple balsamic vinegar, which remains highly valued in top-tier gastronomy to this day. Since March 2025, David Gölles and Katharina Fleck have been running the family business, maintaining the same standard: an uncompromising love for detail and the patience to let things mature.
