The Dry is based on white wine and is the only dry one of the three. Low residual sugar, but with distinct bitter herbs and a sharp edge. 17 percent.
Chilled in a wine glass with a large ice cube, or with soda and a lemon twist if you like. The beginning of an evening, not its end.
