Like melted pralines, only in a glass. We make this liqueur together with our neighbor Zotter, chocolatier in Riegersburg.

The base is our Chocolate Spirit, distilled from roasted cocoa beans. Cherry brandy is added, and it is refined with dark chocolate couverture. 17.0% vol.

Dark and creamy, sweet but never heavy. As the last glass of the evening, over vanilla ice cream or with fresh fruit.

Shake well before use. Contains MILK.
