The peach is the most restrained of our stone fruit brandies. It does not push itself forward, and that is precisely where its quality lies.

Harvested in August, fully ripe. Distilled twice in a copper pot still, with no added sugar or flavorings. 43 percent, no cask aging.

Gentle and robust, with more on the nose than one would expect from a peach. A spirit for people who do not need intensity to be convinced.

Im August, vollreif. Ein Pfirsich, der noch fest ist, bringt zu wenig Duft mit, und Duft ist bei diesem Brand die halbe Arbeit.

Bei 16 bis 18 Grad, im Glas mit engem Kamin. Er ist zurückhaltend im Duft und braucht deshalb etwas Zeit im Glas.
